Joola Ben Johns Perseus 3S 14 mm Pickleball Paddle

Powerful and poppy with just a smidge of a controllable touch, the JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus 14mm 3S Pickleball Paddle marks the next iteration of Ben’s signature power paddle. This UPA-A approved (not eligible to be used in USA Pickleball sanctioned events) paddle brings back the 14mm Propulsion core, but in a new way. This core still suspends a honeycomb center within a foam perimeter, but this version offers a smoother and more controllable feel, while still returning energy to the ball. The honeycomb aspect offers a softer feel while still acting like a trampoline upon contact for responsive power, while the foam perimeter promises an expanded sweet spot, limited vibration, and plenty of plow through ability.
The JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus 14mm 3S Pickleball Paddle helps us properly harness its powerful core by attaching a Charged Carbon hitting surface to either side through a thermomoulding process. This 11” by 7.5” face material offers a super-rigid and crispy feel as well as a long-lasting texture that all combine to boost dwell time, impart spin, and enhance control during hand battles. The Enhanced Protection edge guard ensures that this hitting surface stays in tip top shape, while adding a distinctly timeless look and feel.
