The Gearbox CX11Q Quad Control Pickleball Paddle has a broad 8" width which offers a large sweet spot and easier defense against aggressive players. It uses Gearbox's patented Solid Span Technology (SST) comprised of T-700 graphite chambers in the core. This not only absorbs energy from hits so that it's easier to resist torqueing on impact, but prevents eliminates so the paddle continues to play consistently over time.
The Gearbox CX11Q Control Paddle has a gentle feel and quiet sound. It's a great choice for players focused on dinking and desiring more accurate placement. The grip size can be ordered in a 3-5/8" or 3-15/16" circumference depending on how much padding is desired. The 4-3/4" long handle and overall 15-7/8" length result in fantastic proportions for those players used to a traditionally-shaped paddle, with a bit of extra reach. The CX11Q is offered in two weights: a 7.8 oz. in the purple color, or 8.5 oz. in yellow.
